A cricket ruling in India that could be of major importance worldwide

Given the nasties that happened at the Wanderers, with Gerald Majola helping himself to a R1,8m bonus, and the subsequent developments, would it not be brilliant if our courts ruled the same? I recall when South African cricket administration consisted of Charles Fortune running in a pro bono capacity, and we did not have this nonsense. Ali Bacher, similarly, did not seek to enrich himself. This Indian ruling is huge ... could Barry Skjoldhammer at Gauteng bring similar action against Cricket South Africa? One can but hope.
