Some interesting facts and stats re the Intaprop development

* Intaprop has bought much of the land from Hilton down to Douglas
* Construction will continue for at least another 18 months
* The UTI Pharma warehouse will be 30m high, and will look like the Twin Towers alongside the Pick 'n Pay warehouse
* This warehouse will have 300 trucks entering and leaving every day (and we thought we could stay!)
* Intaprop through Nedbank will have invested R2,5 billion, more or less, when the area around here is complete
