Since the water outage on Thursday 18 August 2011, starting at 08:25am, we've had no or very little water pressure at our place. It is getting a bit uncomfortable without any geyser heated water....
We reported the outage on Thursday but the systems where down. We later on got a ref: 8000473966.
After I escalated to a supervisor (Addo) on Sunday afternoon, a team from Joburg Water visited and established that the water pressure was indeed a problem. Since then the only feedback I can get out of Joburg Connect is that they will attend to my query within 24 hours. The only question that remains un answered is which 24 hours. Will it still be this year????
Another 24 hours has gone by and no luck. Joburg Water's systems have been down for the day, so no indication what the progress is. What an efficient country we live in...

Escalated to Portia, whom asked the standby guys to attend. I will not hold my breath!
