At 9am I got a call from Ruth Panis that three horses were running loose in the street, among them a white pony. I called Joan Harmsen at Byerley, who immediately dispatched four of her folk, but the horses made their way up Ronald and down Hilton. We managed to corral them, then lure them with carrots and halter them. They seemed to have escaped from Drakes, whence they were returned. Beautiful animals. All's well that end's well, and thanks to Byerley for the most amazingly swift response. From reporting to capture, 10 minutes. That's Linbro for you!
