Joan Harmsen returned home at 2.30am to find three Chubb cars parked outside the post office. There were no guards in evidence and the vehicles were switched off and without lights. Joan found this very strange and asked me to report it on her behalf. If anyone can shed any insight, I will post it as an update.
Strange behaviour, to say the least.
