Cable theft

My friend and business colleague Duncan McLeod and tens of thousands of people in North Riding have been without power for 14 hours. Cost to economy: millions. Loss of quality of life: incalculable, given the cold last night. Value of cable stolen: R20. It is enough to drive one crazy.
