Cable theft

This is what our cable theft at 87 Hilton looks like. The borehole is now out of order, and the frustrating thing is winter is here, with no possibility of rain, and municipal water costs a ton. It will cost hundreds of rand to fix, yet the buggers got away with no more than 10cm of cable, which they will sell for next to nothing. And they will try again.
